Emerge Maine’s Legislative boot camp was developed to serve women with a definite plan to run and who have the background and experience to be successful. Because it is a two-day intensive program, it is not open to everyone. Space is limited to 30 women – and priority will be placed on women filed and running in 2020 and their campaign managers. You must be a registered Democrat to enroll in this training program. We will give Democratic women the skills they need to turbocharge their campaigns. Apply to be part of the 2020 Legislative Boot Camp before March 15.
Tuition is $500 and includes the training, associated materials, overnight camp style accomodations (not required) and food. Attendees who complete the boot camp will be considered Emerge Maine boot camp alumna and have access to alumnae resources, as well as continuing education opportunities for alumnae. Tuition may be paid by personal or campaign committee accounts. Scholarships are available and funding should never be a barrier to entry.
