The Maine Democratic Party and Emerge Maine are excited to once again partner to offer a Campaign Staff Training for Democratic Women!

If you’re interested in working at any level on issue or candidate campaigns in our state, but don’t know where to start or how to advance your career, this training is for you!

Friday, April 5 – April 7th
Wavus Camp for Girls
Jefferson, Maine

The campaign training will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5th and end at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 7th. The training will cover working on and volunteering for campaigns, with a focus on fundraising, field, and communications. Participants will be asked to stay on site for the entire weekend and attend all workshop sessions.

To apply, please fill out all of the questions here in this online application. To be eligible for this training, you must be a self-identified woman who is registered as a Democratic voter in Maine. If you are not eligible to vote, you may still apply and participate so long as you identify as a Democrat.

Emerge embraces diversity and encourages applications from all self-identified women regardless of age, race, color, national or ethnic origin, marital status, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or physical abilities.

After completing this application, please pay your $25 application fee. Once accepted, you’ll be asked to pay your tuition in full before the start of the weekend training.
