Legislative Boot Camp

Emerge is offering a Northeast regional boot camp for Democratic self-identified women running in the 2021-2022 election cycle. Please note that all 2021 Emerge trainings will be held virtually.

The training will be held Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and then the next Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon for a total of  25+ hours of instruction. All trainings will be head over Zoom.

• Northeast Boot Camp (July 24, 25, 27, 29, 31 and August 1)
• Applications can be found here. Applications will be competitive and participation will be capped at 35 participants for each boot camp.  Tuition for these boot camps is $350.

Application deadlines and selection notification dates for  boot camp are as follows:

• Northeast Boot Camp – Application due  June 18 — Notification by July 6

Attendees who complete a boot camp will be considered Emerge boot camp alumnae and have access to alumnae resources, as well as continuing education opportunities for alumnae. Tuition may be paid by personal or campaign committee accounts. Due to campaign finance regulations, Emerge and its affiliates cannot provide scholarships to boot camp participants.
